Steve Lucock is probably best known for his appearance as Animalgique on Britain's Got Talent, GMTVs Entertainment Today, The BBC's Sorcerers Apprentice and many appearances on North News. But this is only the tip of the iceberg for the guy who has been in entertainment all his life.
Steve Lucock started his career after 9 years of drama school with parts on television and after a successful tour of Scotland playing the comedy role of Matey the mate in Dick Whittington Steve put his own comedy magic cabaret act together.
Due to his love of animals and the half a dozen pets he thenm had, Steve ended
up having to incorporate them in his act in order to take them on the road with
him. This meant that Steve had to research how best to produce the animals in
the kindest possible way, i.e. without the use of body loads or bags. He
succeeded, as his act was an instant success and Steve found himself supporting
acts such as Keith Harris, Mick Miller, Rusty Lee, Roy Walker and Cannon and
Ball.
Steve then, with his green rabbit Puppet started to do star cabaret as Steve Lucock and Snotty and has been voted one of the countries best family cabaret acts by all major holiday parks.
Steve also takes his comical 'Animal Interactive Show' around schools and private functions. This enables Steve to firstly entertain the audience but secondly to teach the audience about the animal and its issues in an entertaining way.
On top of this, Steve has also written and produced his own 2Man Pantomimes which have successfully toured the schools and clubs in the North East over the Christmas period for the past 20 years.
